1. Alan Li, Ph.D, Dr. Alan Li obtained his Ph.D in Applied Mathematics from University of Southern California and M.A in Scientific Computation in 1992 and 1995, respectively. He got his M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Chongqing University in 1987 and 1984, respectively. Dr. Li is the founder and CEO of UniPatter Corporation between 2005 and 2006 to venture into the image pattern recognition and its application in video surveillance. Dr. Li is a principle scientist in Amnis Corporation from 2004 to 2005 to lead the development of biological image process and classification. He is a Development Manager and Technical Lead in Helix DNA Client Group of RealNetworks, Inc., from 2001 to 2004 and from 1998 to 2001. He is a research scientist in Insightful, Seattle, WA from 1996 to 1998. He is an instructor and advisor of UW Educational Outreach of University of Washington from 2000 to 2004. He was a lecturer in Computer Department of Chengdu University of Science and Technology from 1987 to 1989.
